Who is AndyGames?

Hi! I’m AndyGames_94, host of Behind the Camera with AndyGames. Let me take you back a few years. I was walking through my local town with a friend on a busy day when I said, “It’s crazy—every one of these people has their own story.” That thought stuck with me. It planted a seed. Fast forward to 2023. I started streaming on Twitch, something I still do to this day. After a year of building a small community, a friend I met through streaming and I launched a gaming-style podcast. People really enjoyed our chemistry—but after just four episodes, life and scheduling conflicts got in the way, and we had to put it on pause. That brings us to June 2024. I returned to that old thought: everyone has a story. I realised I already knew so many great people through streaming—why not get to know their stories? That’s when Behind the Camera was born. Within the first six months, I released 20 episodes, and I was completely hooked. With every conversation, my passion grew. Coming into 2025, I began branching out beyond streamers—chatting with podcasters, authors, musicians, actors, and other creatives. These stories inspire me, and sharing them has been a deeply personal journey. The podcast has boosted my confidence, deepened my connections, and brought me so much joy. I’m excited to keep growing the show and continuing these meaningful conversations—for as long as I can.
